Korea is at it again. After the world experienced the Wondergirl’s Nobody but You hit single to SNSD’s modelicious singers comes another girl band. The Nine Muses a rookie group that just debuted recently. From the name of the group comes from the Greek Mythology of the nine muses that govern different culture and arts field. Will the band members also have the same area of interest such as the original Muses? The Nine muses of Greek Mythology are the following. Calliope of Epic poetry, Clio of History, Erato of Lyric poetry, Euterpe of Music, Melpomene of Tragedy, Polyhumnia of Choral Poetry, Terpsichore, Thalia of Comedy and finally Urania of Astronomy.

The band made their debu on M! Countdown and have released their single “No Playboy” though the group is getting more known for their concept photoshoots and their appearance in Maxim as models.
