After a well publicized altercaration with one of the employees of Betty Ford Clinic, Lindsay finally moves out of the rehab center. Lohan has been spending three months in the clinic. The singer actress was charged for driving under the influence (DUI) and was sentenced to rehab that started September 27. Lohan was supposed to go to jail for violating her probation with a failed drug test when a judge overturned the decision and downgraded ito to rehab instead.
A judge from Los Angeles Superior court Judge Elden Fox made her stay in the rehab but set the release date on January 3 as an effort to prevent Lohan from partying in New Year’s Eve. During the last court appearance in October, Judge Fox warned the 24 year old actress to change her lifestyle or risk her destruction of her career and reputation.
Her release comes again with prohibitions. If Lohan breaks the prohibition before February 25, Lohan will be sent to jail for 180 days. Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan has already prepared a home for his daughter in Los Angeles. He’s included a bigger wardrobe for Lindsay’s clothes. Lohan has had a series of arrests. Most prominent last 2007. Since then the Beverly Hills Courthous has been host to many trials of Lindsay Lohan.
